What to expect?
It might feel strange or difficult to talk about parts of yourself that aren’t often seen or expressed. Therapy is a collaborative process led by you and supported by me. I work as a Humanistic Integrative Therapist which means I combine different therapeutic techniques and modalities to help you find the best way forward. My focus is on creating a confidential, safe and holding environment. By working together we foster deeper awareness and meaningful change.
